The TW Steel ACE201 Spitfire is made out of love for that iconic British World War II aircraft, the Spitfire. And it's not just the name of the watch that refers to its flying example. With ACE Spitfire watches, TW Steel has tried to bring together the worlds of aircraft, watches and custom motorbikes. This TW Steel ACE watch therefore combines that historic British box with an exceptional custom motorbike designed at the same time as the timepiece. Both watch and this bike were designed in collaboration with BMW Motorrad and VTR Customs. Winston Churchill would probably have questioned this, but this watch but as far as we are concerned, that combination certainly succeeded!
The ACE201 Spitfire ranks among TW Steel's best watches and is perhaps one of the most exclusive Dutch watches. A Limited Edition automatic with a high-quality Swiss made Selita movement. With 48 hours of power reserve, so you can be sure you can safely put the watch on your bedside table for a while.
Of course, this ACE features anti-reflective and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The watch strap is smooth and very fine thanks to the green-brown Italian vintage leather on soft rubber strap with steel folding clasp.The case is made of steel, not ordinary steel, but high-quality 316L steel that has been brushed matte. Very beautiful!
